We currently provide Furniture & Appliances on rent across Mumbai, Vasai-Virar,
Thane and Navi Mumbai.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

In case of the customer’s unavailability, please let us know who will be receiving the products. We would need an acknowledgement email from the customer with the nominee’s government id proof. We do this to ensure that your order is in safe hands.

What if my building does not have a lift?

In case you do not have a lift or permission to use the lift at your premises, extra labour charges will be applicable to carry the products via stairs; amount will depend on the floor level.

Which KYC documents do you take and where should I upload the KYC?

  • Upload Your Documents at my-account page in website.
  • You are required to provide the following documents KYC after placing the order.
    • ID Proof – Company ID-Card / Student ID-Card or Salary Slip (In case if you don’t have your id proof)
    • Permanent Address Proof – Passport / Aadhaar / Driving License
    • Pan Card – For Signature Verification
    • Delivery Address Proof – Rental Agreement
    • For B2B we need GST Certificate

When the contract ends, what happens to the pickup?

We will call you one week prior to the scheduled end date of the contract to fix the pick-up date and time or you can also inform us within same time line. If you choose to keep your furniture for longer than the agreed tenure or return it before the agreed date due to some reasons, you can mail us one week in advance.

What is the relocation policy?

We can definitely help you to relocate your furniture.
We are ready to transfer your furniture anywhere within the cities we’re operating in free of cost in 12-month rental tenure.1 free relocation we give within 20KM range and above the 20KM normal transportation charge applicable between INR 750/- to 1000/- depend on the location. You can place a relocation request and we’ll schedule the pickup within 7 days. Once the items are picked up, we’ll deliver them to your new address in same day.

When will I get the delivery of the product?

We typically deliver your products within 72 hours after the completion of KYC and booking process.

What are the early closure charges?

Since the products will be returned before the end of your chosen tenure, the early closure charge is calculated based on your selected tenure. An Early Closure Charge is payable in case you decide to return the products before your fixed tenure is up. The charge payable is a multiple of your Monthly Rent, which is decided by the current tenure of your contract. Or we will adjust the rent deference from your security deposit.
